“Panacea, the goddess of the universal cure, was once tied to the Rod of Asclepius, a single serpent staff representing healing. Over time, that image fused with Hermes’ caduceus, two snakes and wings, and the caduceus became the symbol people most often connect with medicine today. Our design leans into that shift, bridging the ancient myth of Panacea with the modern emblem of remedy, showing how meaning changes but the idea of healing remains.”
